We sell big variety of items on this e-commerce marketplace platform from all over the world to all over the world. It is our strategy to make useful products available to our customers. Our products range from food to household needs, and you can sell your products through us by contacting us and informing us of your products that you desire to sell through us or list them directly.

We need full descriptions of your products, the formats of its availability, packaging, weight, photos of the products and price. Be confident that we will do everything we can to sell your products. We expect that you will meet the international standards of quality, safety, determining your price and preparing your packages. We will sell your products at the price you are offering them in your home town, but we will charge you 20% of the money we receive from the customer for the product. The customer will bear the shipping cost and any custom duties if applied.

Once the customer received your products, he has 30 days to return them if the products are damaged, ruined, expired or did not match the specifications provided by you and we conveyed to the customer. After the 30 days passed without returning the products, we will pay you your money after deducting our 20% commission within 7 days in the format we agreed upon in our contract with you.

Please provide adequate and precise descriptions of your products, sizes if applicable and high resolution good images to display next to your products to attract costumers and encourage them to buy. We are obliged to remind you that the e-commerce marketplace is very competitive in quality and prices. Therefore, we expect you to provide high quality products at reasonable and competitive prices to help us speed up the process of selling and building great customers base for the benefits of you and us.

We don't have storages for inventory as the sold product ships directly from the owner to the customer through our shipping partners. Therefore, it is your responsibility to prepare the product(s) in shippeable packages and make it ready for shipping and delivery, taking into account all possible precautions of safety and security measures. Please take into consideration to prepare your sold packages in international standards and shippeable sizes. You will bear the costs of any returned or undelivered packages because of size, weight  and safety specifically for fragile items.

Our Selling Model:
Our selling model is (Fulfilled By Partner). In this model, as a seller, you are responsible for your products storage, managing inventory, packing orders, and shipping them through our shipping partners or by your way of shipping. Our contract with you should mention these details as agreed.

Direct Shipping Fees: As we know, all shipments have pickup and dropoff fees determined by weight and size. The customer will be charged those fees, but if you pay them, you will be compensated from the money collected from the customer through us once the the delivery is completed successfully.











Shipping Fees: If you paid for shipping directly, you will be compensated once the money is collected from the customer. We may handle full shipping costs through our partners, and this depends to the country you ship from and the facilities available. Pickup, shipping and delivery costs will be placed on the customer. You are responsible only for our 20% commission or as per our contract agreement.

List Your Products On our Platform: 
We can do this for you and on your behalf, but if you like to have more control over your products and account, you can go ahead and do the listing by yourself. You can access your seller dashboard when your account is already set up and approved. You can simply log in to your seller dashboard and manage your account and your products listing. You can always add more products by going to (Add Products). You must enter your product details for each product, and this includes the name of the product, description of the product, the product's category, price, and stock quantity to sell through our platform. Your description, images and clear information will enhance searchability and push customer's interest higher.

Manage Orders and Payments:
Our seller platform will allow you to manage orders, process returns, and track payments. You can easily familiarize yourself with the seller dashboard to operate more efficiently. Payments for your sales (minus our commission) are directly deposited into your bank account or as per our agreement.

Setting Up a Seller Account on Our platform:
First you need to create a customer account, and then you will need to set-up your seller store account. After that, you can upload the following documents in order to sell through us:

- Trading license or commercial registration.
- Passport or residency ID photocopies (both sides).
- Residency visa for non-nationals.
- VAT certificate (selling on our platform is also open for non-VAT registered sellers).
- Bank account details in the form of cancelled check, bank statement or letter on bank's letterhead.
- Tax card (only for egyptians).
